Without a registered errand at support@cardiolex.se, we will not troubleshoot or repair your product.
When the unit is without warranty or service contract, we charge an hourly fee of 150 € for troubleshooting as well as the shipping cost for the return.
If you ship the product to Cardiolex Medical AB for troubleshooting and this does not show the error you stated, you will be charged a troubleshooting fee of 35 € as well as the shipping cost for the return. Transport damage caused by inadequate packaging is not included in Cardiolex Medical AB’s warranty.

Software issues
Without a registered errand at support@cardiolex.se, we will not troubleshoot your product.
Please include as much information as possible in you errand:
- Which version of the products you have
- When the error occur
- If you have experianced the error before
If you do not have any support agreement or if the error isn´t included in the warranty of the product, we will charge an hourly fee of 150 €.
